本说明由 CQ RWLauncher（下称"我方"）发布，旨在就我方在软件内提供《铁锈战争》（Rusted Warfare）游戏本体下载服务一事，向《铁锈战争》的开发与运营方作出说明。
This statement is issued by CQ RWLauncher (hereinafter "we") to explain, to the developer and operator of Rusted Warfare, our provision of game download services within the software.
我方提供的是我方开发人员在中国大陆通过了 ICP 备案的第三方下载站点所获得的游戏本体，并对其进行了简体中文优化与性能优化后所提供的版本。
The version we provide is based on the game files obtained by our developers from a third-party download site that has passed ICP registration in mainland China. We have applied Simplified Chinese localization and performance optimizations to these files.
我方在启动器软件的显著位置明确要求用户：24 小时后需删除我方提供的试玩版本，并接入 Steam 等平台的《铁锈战争》正版。我方仅以试玩方式提供服务，不从中牟利。
In prominent locations within the launcher, we clearly require users to delete the trial version we provide after 24 hours and to obtain the legitimate copy of Rusted Warfare on platforms such as Steam. The service is provided strictly on a trial basis and we do not profit from it.
我方与《铁锈战争》的开发与运营方曾多次通过电子邮件联系，但均未获得回应。鉴于我方二次开发实际使用的是免费下载源，且仅以试玩方式提供服务，便在未获得授权的情况下提供了该服务。
We have contacted the developer and operator of Rusted Warfare multiple times by email, but have received no response. Since our redevelopment actually uses a free download source and the service is provided solely on a trial basis, we have provided the service without obtaining authorization.
我方愿意与《铁锈战争》的实际运营方进行交涉，并愿意在用户赞助收入中抽成，支持《铁锈战争》的开发与运营。
We are willing to negotiate with the actual operator of Rusted Warfare and to contribute a share of user sponsorship revenue to support the development and operation of Rusted Warfare.
我方愿意作为中国大陆地区的代理，承担《铁锈战争》的宣发、运维等工作，恳请《铁锈战争》运营方尽快与我方联系。
We are willing to act as a regional agent in mainland China, handling promotion, operation and maintenance for Rusted Warfare. We sincerely request the operator of Rusted Warfare to contact us as soon as possible.
